Acceptable stay at central location
metro location cheese selection uncomfortable bed room door
The hotel is located close to the metro. I found the staff helpful. The breakfast included a selection of cheeses, meats and fruits with yogurt.
I found no comfort in the beds or pillows. The room doors were not tight, and I could hear noise in the corridor.

lovely stay near kurfürstendamm
attentive staff perfect breakfast convenient location
i found the staff attentive. breakfast had a perfect cheese selection, meat, and fruits with yogurt. the location is also very convenient. it is a quick walk to the metro and very close to the main shopping street. the hotel made getting around quite easy.
the curtains in my room were too light. this made the room very bright early in the morning. i would have preferred darker curtains for better sleep.

The breakfast room presented a good choice of quality food. staff sorted out drinks quickly upon arrival. new flowers decorated every table daily. The coffee tasted delicious, which i found admirable.

the hotel offered luggage storage at reception after checkout, which proved very useful. housekeeping cleaned the room daily, adapting to our varied schedules. i also loved having three pillows.

the location allows easy access to popular destinations via short transit rides. the hotel is situated near the metro and kurfürstendamm, one of the most vibrant streets. it is quiet, pleasant and convenient, despite its central location.

great location quiet road lovely room dirty bathroom open tiles detached tiles
the location was great near buses underground and train. it was on a quiet road off the main shopping area. i had a lovely room with a balcony. it was nice to sit there with a drink.
our room was not clean especially the bathroom was a disaster. tiles behind the toilet were open and detached from the wall. it was also dirty at the edges of the shower doors.

stylish room nice feature dated rooms cigarette smell
the room was big and stylish. the balcony was a nice feature.
our hotel rooms were dated and didn't reflect the rooms being advertised on their website. i felt very disappointed on arrival. our room smelt of cigarettes but we were able to open a large window to air it albeit in november so a bit chilly!

breakfast selection attentive staff great location upgraded room dyson style fan high temperature
The breakfast selection included cheese, meat, and fruits with yogurt. The staff was super attentive. Its location is near all the shops. It's just on the corner.
I really wanted an upgraded room with AC. What I had in my room was a Dyson style fan that was great at moving air. The room became hot and uncomfortable when the temperatures rose. I don't think I will be giving this hotel a second chance.

attentive staff great location cheese selection noisy hallway stairs access coffee facilities
the hotel is near the street with all the shops. location was great i think. the staff was super attentive and the breakfast included cheese selection.
you could hear everything in the hallways. there is stairs to access the reception i saw. our room didn't had tea or coffee making facilities.

convenient stay near transport
excellent location good breakfast
the location was excellent for exploring. bus stops were a short walk, and the u-bahn was very close by. the staff was helpful, and the breakfast selection was quite good (i especially liked the variety of breads).
